2. Scope of Application
The Digital Services Act (DSA) applies to digital intermediary services offered within the EU. As a provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions under the brand “Buddy” (e.g., Buddy Assistant, Buddy Reporter), we qualify as a hosting service provider within the meaning of Art. 3(g) DSA, since we store and process information on behalf of our customers.
3. Reporting of Illegal Content (Notice-and-Action Procedure)
If you believe that illegal content is being published or stored through our services, you can notify us at any time.

4. Transparency and Reporting Obligations
